Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build trust through exceptional client interactions and problem-solving
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Operate multi-channel banking platforms including ATMs and digital kiosks
- Participate in continuous training modules to advance banking expertise
- Uphold stringent security protocols and fraud prevention measures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn banking software
