Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Handle cash and check handling with strict accuracy and security protocols.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and teller line efficiency during peak hours.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and security procedures.
- Learn and utilize banking software and internal systems effectively.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
