Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, personalized service at the counter.
- Learn and assist in the sales and marketing of bank products, such as CDs and savings accounts.
- Maintain the cash drawer with strict accuracy and reconcile daily reports.
- Adhere to strict compliance standards, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Collaborate with branch management to improve operational efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree or prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude and the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
