Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Provide exceptional service to diverse clientele through multiple channels
- Upsell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Resolve account inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate transaction records using banking software
- Participate in weekend/shift rotations as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail essential
- Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Spanish bilingualism strongly preferred for Laredo market
