Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital transactions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Master bank security protocols and fraud detection procedures
- Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products/services
- Maintain organized cash drawers and transaction records
- Participate in ongoing compliance and product training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer proficiency (10-key calculator, MS Office)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and credit check requirements
- Valid NC driver's license or state ID
