Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Operate bank-provided equipment including cash drawers, scanners, and ATMs
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Adhere to strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic arithmetic and cash handling aptitude
- Strong customer service orientation with communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided equipment
