Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them with daily banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash, checks, and electronic transactions while adhering to strict security and audit procedures.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to introduce customers to our products and services that meet their financial needs.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service or retail experience preferred.
