Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively participate in paid training modules covering financial systems and products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch service and sales goals
- Support cross-functional banking operations as needed
Qualifications
