Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and resolving account inquiries.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Introduce and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller line area.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Assist in branch operations during peak hours as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or banking coursework is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check (where applicable).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
