Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions at the end of the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with bank security policies.
- Utilize bank software and technology to update customer records and process payments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- Must be able to pass a background check and credit check.
- Willingness to learn new banking software and operational procedures.
