Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs and branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers daily and ensure all transactions comply with bank policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer accounts and transactions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for trainees.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
