Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Introduce and cross-sell our range of financial products and services to meet client needs.
- Assist in maintaining the daily cash drawer and ensuring accurate balancing at the end of the shift.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is highly preferred but not mandatory for trainees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
