Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash handling, check deposits, and withdrawals.
- Build rapport with customers and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding banking products.
- Learn and execute branch operational procedures under supervision.
- Assist with maintaining the lobby and ATM areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products to meet sales targets.
- Adhere to strict security and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
