Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict compliance with banking protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve account inquiries
- Learn and apply security procedures for fraud prevention
- Assist with cross-selling bank products and services
- Complete all required training modules within 90 days
- Participate in branch operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Pass background check and credit screening
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (if applicable)
- Reliable transportation to Central Ave SW location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
