Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through accurate transaction processing, deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Process loan payments, wire transfers, and merchant services transactions
- Utilize banking software for record-keeping and reporting
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical and soft skills
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college coursework preferred)
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, digital tools)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Must pass background check and credit assessment
