Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service to diverse clients through in-person and digital channels
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance protocols (BSA, AML, privacy laws)
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
