- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Operate provided banking equipment including cash dispensers and check scanners
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and branch operational reports
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math aptitude and comfort handling cash
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with provided digital banking equipment
