Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships with members through personalized financial service interactions
- Learn and adhere to all banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, etc.)
- Assist with new account openings and basic product explanations
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain strict audit compliance
- Participate in ongoing training to master banking systems and procedures
- Contribute to branch goals through proactive member engagement
Qualifications
- No banking experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Proficient with basic technology (smartphones, computers)
- Pass background check and credit check (no major derogatories)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required for branch visits)
