Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person and drive-thru customer service
- Balance cash drawers and resolve discrepancies daily
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products/services
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and ATM issues
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends (Saturdays required)
