As a Bank Teller Trainee, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building trust and delivering financial solutions to our community.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting clients with account services.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Ensure the security of cash and assets by adhering to strict bank policies and regulatory compliance standards.
- Assist in daily branch operations, such as ATM maintenance, cash balancing, and filing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to enhance loyalty and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large sums of cash with absolute accuracy.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
