Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving account issues
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions following strict audit protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Complete mandatory compliance training and adhere to banking regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all transactions
Qualifications
