Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service through in-person and virtual banking channels
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist customers with digital banking tools and mobile app support
- Refer financial products and services to meet customer needs
- Adhere to strict compliance protocols and security standards
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve customer inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication
- Ability to learn banking software and digital platforms
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in transaction processing
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedule (3 days onsite/2 remote)
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional inter-branch travel
