Responsibilities
- Process daily customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet and exceed branch goals.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for savings accounts, loans, and investment products.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure teller workstation at all times.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
- Reliable transportation for hybrid on-site shifts.
