Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing account inquiries and resolving issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction records with precision
- Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Assist with branch operations as needed, including ATM maintenance and lobby support
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong basic math and cash handling abilities
