Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues
- Open and maintain various account types while adhering to compliance regulations
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy
- Identify opportunities to promote bank products and services to customers
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking procedures and systems

Qualifications
