Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with provided banking equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining accuracy and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions daily using provided systems
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Adhere to regulatory compliance and fraud prevention guidelines
- Train on proprietary banking software and security equipment
- Support branch operations as needed during peak hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
