Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict adherence to security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Participate in ongoing compliance training including anti-money laundering procedures
- Assist with branch operations including ATM maintenance and record keeping
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service orientation with professional demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash securely
