Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build relationships by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate banking solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction reports
- Assist with new account openings and basic product inquiries
- Contribute to branch goals by participating in targeted sales initiatives
