Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service at teller window, processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist members with account inquiries, loan applications, and basic financial services
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain accurate transaction records
- Upsell bank products and services based on member needs
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Collaborate with branch team to resolve member issues efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance banking knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
