Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Balance cash drawers and vaults following strict security protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service resolving complex account inquiries
- Cross-sell bank products while maintaining compliance with FINRA regulations
- Operate core banking systems including Fiserv and TellerWorks platforms
- Participate in quarterly branch audits and compliance training
- Maintain organized transaction records using bank documentation standards
- Support branch operations during peak hours and weekend rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college finance coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience or customer service role
- Proficient in basic arithmetic and 10-key calculator operations
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 exam within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail with error rate under 0.5%
- Experience with banking software or CRM systems
- Valid Nevada state gaming license (required for cash handling)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
