Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year AI roadmaps aligning with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
- Partner with C-suite to integrate AI into enterprise-level product ecosystems
- Drive research initiatives in next-gen neural networks and quantum-AI hybrids
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for global regulatory compliance
- Mentor talent through our AI Leadership Academy program
- Secure $5M+ in strategic partnerships and venture collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in director-level roles
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Proven experience scaling AI products to 10M+ user bases
- Expertise in MLOps, federated learning, and ethical AI frameworks
- Advanced degree in CS, AI, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI system deployment
