Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting complex autonomous agent workflows by 2026.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI into enterprise-grade software ecosystems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Implement rigorous testing, monitoring, and governance frameworks to ensure AI model reliability, fairness, and safety.
- Drive technical strategy for the evolution of our proprietary neural network stack.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and set technical standards for the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years specifically in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) or AI Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering architectures.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and low-latency inference at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on translating abstract AI concepts into concrete technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
