Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI architectures for autonomous robotics and predictive software systems.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects aimed at achieving breakthrough capabilities in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Create and communicate a clear technical vision for the 2026 product releases, aligning engineering efforts with business goals.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and safe for public deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure real-time responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and robotics.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
- Innovation: Strong track record of patenting inventions or publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICRA, IROS).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, open-ended technical challenges.
