Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-gen AI algorithms for quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in neural network optimization
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents for 2026 technology roadmap
- Mentor PhD candidates in advanced ML techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize AI-hardware co-design
- Present findings at global conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Physics
- 5+ years of applied research in deep learning/AI
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production ML systems
- Strong background in ethical AI development practices
- Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Kubernetes)
- Ability to translate complex research into commercial applications
