Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for quantum computing applications
- Lead research initiatives in autonomous systems and neural-symbolic integration
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype scalable solutions
- Author high-impact research papers and patents
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Secure and manage research grants from industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of research experience in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published work in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and NLP
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Proven ability to translate research into production-ready solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
