Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for edge-computing environments
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum-inspired algorithms with classical neural networks
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences by 2026
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with evolving global regulatory standards
- Collaborate with neuromorphic hardware teams to optimize model efficiency
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and causal inference
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with 3+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum computing principles and quantum machine learning
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth) preferred
- Track record of translating research into production-grade systems
