Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Design and implement novel architectures for autonomous agents and multi-modal learning systems.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and ethicists to translate theoretical research into scalable production solutions.
- Conduct rigorous experimental analysis to validate hypotheses and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Publish cutting-edge findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of experience in research settings, with a proven track record of published work in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Deep proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and optimization theory.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
