Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum machine learning and generative AI
- Develop novel algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
- Secure federal and private research grants ($500K+ target)
- Present findings at industry summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML journals (h-index > 20)
