Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Translate theoretical research into production-ready solutions with 99.9% accuracy
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates through our Future Leaders program
- Collaborate with policy advisors to shape responsible AI deployment guidelines
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through proposal development
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in neural network architecture development
- Published record in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent tier conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 10M+ parameter model deployments
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Proven ability to lead technical teams of 5+ researchers
- Familiarity with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
