Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for 2026-era challenges (climate modeling, personalized medicine, AGI safety)
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical research into scalable production systems
- Develop proprietary frameworks for ethical AI governance and bias mitigation
- Secure $1M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor PhD candidates and publish 2+ top-tier research papers annually
- Prototype quantum-ML hybrid systems using D-Wave and IBM quantum processors
- Present breakthrough findings at World Economic Forum and UN Technology summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry research experience
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/AAAI with >50 citations
