Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Develop prototype systems for autonomous decision-making in edge computing environments
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum ML algorithms
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech summits
- Mentor junior researchers and guide cross-functional project teams
- Secure patents and intellectual property for novel AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in applied AI research with 3+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing clusters (AWS/GCP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2+ deployed AI systems with measurable impact
- Strong background in ethics and responsible AI development practices
