Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for quantum-enhanced machine learning
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and bias mitigation frameworks
- Develop simulation models for AI deployment in climate and healthcare ecosystems
- Author patents and publish in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI)
- Mentor PhD researchers in our 2026 Vision accelerator program
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable solutions
- Present findings to industry leaders at our annual 2026 Tech Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years of research experience
- Published record in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with distributed training optimization
- Proven ability to secure $1M+ in research grants
- Experience deploying production AI systems with >99.9% uptime
- Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong background in computational neuroscience or cognitive modeling
