Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge ML models for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford research partners on 3-year horizon projects
- Author peer-reviewed publications for NeurIPS/ICML conferences
- Translate theoretical innovations into production-grade solutions with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Mentor PhD researchers in our Quantum-AI Fellowship program
- Secure $2M+ in government/industry grants for frontier AI research
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Computational Neuroscience (or equivalent)
- 5+ years publishing in top-tier AI journals (JMLR, TPAMI)
- Expertise in transformer architectures and generative adversarial networks
- Proficiency with TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems at scale (>100M users)
- Strong background in differential privacy and ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing DoD/NSF research grants preferred
- Patent portfolio or open-source contributions to major AI frameworks
