Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum machine learning and AGI safety
- Develop novel algorithms for real-time multi-modal data processing

- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design neuromorphic computing systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science and top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in our fellowship program
- Secure $10M+ in government/private research grants annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Computing, or related field (post-doc preferred)
- 5+ years of AI research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI ethics and governance frameworks
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Track record of translating research into commercial applications
