Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for exponential speedup in optimization problems
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams developing quantum neural networks with 1000+ qubit stability
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for practical quantum computing applications
- Author white papers and patents for quantum-AI hybrid systems with <5% error margins
- Secure $500K+ in annual research grants through NSF and DoD quantum initiatives
- Advise C-suite executives on quantum computing roadmaps for 2026 enterprise adoption
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years hands-on experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum hardware
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
