Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for quantum-classical hybrid computing
- Lead research projects in explainable AI and ethical algorithmic governance
- Develop production-grade ML pipelines processing petabyte-scale datasets
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize model-hardware interfaces
- Publish top-tier research in Nature/Science journals and NeurIPS/ICML
- Mentor cross-functional teams in applied AI implementation
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF/NIH
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing with 3+ years industry experience
- Published 5+ papers in top-tier ML/quantum conferences (NeurIPS, QIP, etc.)
- Expertise in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying ML systems at scale (>10M users)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in differential privacy and federated learning
- Experience securing government research contracts (SBIR/STTR preferred)
