Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the technical strategy and architecture for our upcoming flagship AI products, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Lead High-Impact Research: Oversee the R&D initiatives focused on emergent AI behaviors and multi-modal learning.
- System Design: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling visions for investors, product managers, and C-suite executives.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architecture role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience with cutting-edge AI trends, including Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, or Edge AI.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, high-stakes technical challenges under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
