- Drive adoption of responsible AI practices across 50+ product initiatives
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in deploying production AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and federated architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on technology transformation
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and cloud-native deployment (AWS/GCP)
