Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI roadmaps for 2026-2030 quantum/neural interface convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI-human symbiosis systems
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emergent AI technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align AI strategy with global market expansion
- Present breakthrough concepts to investors and industry consortiums
- Monitor quantum computing advancements and translate research to commercial applications
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Skills Academy
Qualifications
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Cognitive Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic AI/quantum technology leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on neural networks or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized AI architectures
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and quantum annealing platforms
- Track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
