- Establish industry-first AI safety protocols for autonomous decision-making frameworks by 2026
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions (Stanford, MIT) and government AI policy councils
- Present quarterly future-state AI impact assessments to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Architect the NeuroSync 2026 product roadmap with projected $2B market disruption potential
- Mentor junior researchers through our Futures Thinking incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 8+ years in AI R&D
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) with citations >500
- Proven track record in scaling AI systems to >1M concurrent users with <0.1% error rates
